About

Hey, I'm Drake.

I'm a student and a forever learner, and photography is how I see the world. I shoot with a Canon EOS 5D Mark III, mostly landscapes, and I'm learning portrait photography. I'm outdoor-crazy and love extreme sports, so the wild places are usually where I'm shooting. I also shoot and edit drone video, and I've been cutting videos since middle school. I edit in Lightroom, Photoshop and Premiere Pro. Some of those old edits are still up on my YouTube. I'm artistic outside the camera too: I paint custom shoes and have experience in design and clothing.

I graduated high school at the start of my junior year and have been speed-running life ever since. I started Bro School, an entrepreneurship school that ran for two years (I earned my GED while attending), and I'm learning AI so I can grow with the world, rise with the tides and build whatever my mind creates.

  • Supported computer-controlled drone shows for concerts and live events, coordinating placement with concert crews.
  • Helped activate drones and troubleshoot GPS issues.
  • Documented setup and teardown and shot behind-the-scenes footage for a training course.
  • Traveled to Puerto Rico twice for production work.
  • Installed and tested camera systems and fixed printer issues.
  • Worked independently to find problems and deliver reliable fixes.
  • Loaded and potted soil at production pace as part of a team.
  • Worked outdoors through cold temperatures and snow.
